At Alankaar, we carefully prepare, securely pack, and inspect every individual jewellery piece before dispatch so your precious items reach you in pristine condition.

• Processing Window: All orders are typically processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment confirmation.
• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory public holidays are queued for processing on the very next business working day.
• Festive & High-Demand Periods: During peak festival seasons (such as Diwali, Navratri, Eid, or special promotion events), dispatch may require an additional 1–2 days due to heightened artisan packaging volume.
• Dispatch Notification: Once your consignment is dispatched, you will receive an automatic confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, and email containing your unique consignment tracking number (AWB).
